DGianna specialises in handcrafted wearable art, drapery, jewellery, and experimental designs that exist between fashion and sculpture.

We welcome commissions for those seeking something beyond the ordinary. Whether you have a clear vision, a feeling, or a simple idea, we work closely with you to create a one-of-a-kind piece that evolves through concept, materials, and craftsmanship.

Our studio is based in Richmond, Melbourne, with in-person appointments available by request.

You’re invited to visit, try on selected pieces, and experience the work in person. This allows us to refine the design, take measurements, and begin shaping the piece specifically to you.

Each piece is individually handcrafted and unique. Timelines vary depending on complexity, with a deposit required to secure your commission.

Shipping & Delivery

Each DGianna piece is individually handcrafted or carefully curated, therefore processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.

Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, while made-to-order or custom pieces may require 2–4 weeks production time.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia with tracked shipping and delivery confirmation where available. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

In-store pickup is also available from our Richmond, Melbourne studio by appointment only.

Custom Orders

We thrive on personalised creations. DGianna offers custom and commissioned pieces for clients seeking something uniquely their own.

The process begins with a consultation to discuss concept, colour, materials, timeline, and pricing.

A deposit is required to secure all custom orders, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment or collection.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, exchanges or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Custom, commissioned, or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can assist you promptly.

Our intention is always that you feel confident and delighted with your piece, so please reach out with any concerns.

Care Instructions

DGianna pieces are wearable artworks created from delicate materials, vintage components, and sculptural finishes. Proper care will help preserve their beauty over time.

General care recommendations:

• Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, oils, or harsh chemicals
• Store in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
• Handle sculptural elements gently to prevent stress on materials
• For corsets and garments, spot clean only unless otherwise advised
• Jewellery pieces should be stored individually to prevent scratching or tangling

Because many materials are vintage or hand-treated, natural variations and ageing are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.
