A deposit is required to secure all custom orders, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment or collection.

Each DGianna piece is individually handcrafted or carefully considered. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item.
Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order or custom pieces may require 2–4 weeks production time before shipping.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Domestic (Australia) shipping is sent via tracked post.
International orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation where available.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.

Due to the one-of-a-kind and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, exchanges or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Custom, commissioned, or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can assist you promptly.
